Terms of Service
Effective: August 25, 2026
These terms govern use of the txr.dev website and, together with any order or service agreement, the TXR service.
Not tax advice
TXR is software. Its output — including any calculation, rate, or jurisdiction determination — is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying withholdings and filings with a qualified professional and with the relevant authority. Tax rules change; no warranty is made that any rule reflects current law at the moment you rely on it.
The service
Access to the TXR API and portal is by invitation and subject to the credentials issued to your organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all use under them. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the service.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service and this site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including penalties or interest assessed by a tax authority.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here. Contact: hello@txr.dev.
